My husband and I have lived in our apartment for the last 8 1/2 years and, as so often happens in life, we grumble about the things we do not like and forget to give compliments where they are due. We have had very few "grumbles" but when we did we approached the appropriate departments concerned. In all our dealings with both management and staff we have been treated with courtesy, kindness and understanding, from the maintenance staff, the past and present super-superintendents, office staff and management.
